Superb Command Ops: Battles from the Bulge AAR

A friend over on BrokenForum has been writing a superb Command Ops AAR where day by day he recounts the battle for Bastogne on the same days in December that those historic events occurred all those years ago. The result is a superb retelling of history along with the interesting perspective of someone playing through the battle in the excellent Command Ops: Battles from the Bulge game engine. Go have a read, Fishbreath has done an excellent job!

EVE OnlineIt seems that posting one’s “EVE Space” is all the rage on the EVE Online blogosphere, so here’s mine after the cut. This is where I play EVE ! Either at this laptop on the coffee table or on the iPhone running Mocha VNC while out and about. Perfect for updating market orders, which right now, is all I get up to in EVE!

afghanaarStumbled across an interesting real world AAR. Fresh from the mountains of Afghanistan comes a PowerPoint presentation from a US Marines Force Reconnaissance Platoon. The presentation covers lessons learned, enemy tactic and numerous battle AARs. Interesting and somewhat scary.
